We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Please read and understand them before placing an order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Terms of Contract

When placing an order via our website https://www.myappliancespares.com/, we will consider this as an offer to purchase products and as such enter into a contract with you. You will receive a confirmation email outlining the order

 

Product Specification and Suitability

  • Product descriptions and specifications are accurate at the time of publishing.
  • MyApplianceSpares will not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability (or otherwise) of any part(s) required for the repair of your appliance.
  • We sell genuine manufacturer parts; however, we also offer generic parts which approved by manufacturers and compatible with their appliances.
  • If we have supplied a product with an incorrect or unsuitable description, we will happily provide a full refund upon the return of the product.

 

Product Availability

  • The availability of parts is based on manufacturer, approved supplier, and warehouse stock levels.
  • In the event that a genuine part is no longer available (discontinued) we reserve the right to supply an alternative part (if available) or a full refund.

 

Parts Installation Advice

  • We recommend that parts are only fitted by a competent person or an appliance specialist in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • MyApplianceSpares cannot be held responsible or liable for any damage or injury caused by the failure to follow manufacturer guidelines when fitting a part.
  • By UK law, repairs to gas appliances must be made by a Gas Safe Registered engineer.

 

 

 

Payments

  • All prices are shown and must be paid in GBP (£)

Delivery Information

  • Delivery timescales are shown when placing an order.  A confirmation email is also sent.
  • Orders with multiple parts may be sent separately based on availability.
  • We use Royal Mail, however bulky, fragile, or expensive parts will be delivered via Special Delivery or private couriers.
  • In the event of delays, we will email you with an update and new estimated time of delivery.
  • We cannot accept liability for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier companies and other factors such as adverse weather conditions.

 

Cancellations

  • To cancel an order, please use the “Contact us” form on our website.
  • You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund by clicking on the “Contact us” form on our website.
  • We are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.
  • Special order items are excluded from cancellations, returns and refunds.

 

 

Returns and Refunds

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the date of delivery.
  • This can be notified by simply clicking on the “Create Return” button on order history page.
  • We shall Issue you with a Return form and Return Authorisation Number. This number must be quoted on any web chat or email communications.
  • The part(s) must be returned within 14 days of the Return Authorisation Number being issued.
  • Returned goods without a Return Authorisation Number being issued will be rejected.
  • Goods with faults caused by neglect, misuse, accident or normal wear and tear are not eligible to be returned or refunded.
  • We reserve the right to request evidence from the engineer who carried out the installation of the spare part(s) before a claim is approved.

 

Missing or Faulty Goods

 

Liability

  • We do not accept liability for any indirect costs or damages caused by faulty products.  This includes but not limited to:

-          Damage to property such as flooding

-          Loss of income or profits

-          Third party claims

 

Privacy

  • MyApplianceSpares follow strict privacy policy guidelines as set out in the Data Protection Act 1998.
  • Your personal information (such as name, address, and contact number) will be held and used by MyApplianceSpares and selected companies, acting on our behalf (e.g., Delivery companies)
  • Calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.

 

Returns Policy

 

  • All products sold on the MyApplianceSpares website are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition.
  • We will accept any item(s) back for refund if they are returned unused and in the original, unopened packaging.  MyApplianceSpares reserve the right to inspect any returned items to ensure that this is the case.
  • Refunds will be processed within 1-3 working days and payments will be made back to the original card for which the order was paid for.
  • We recommend that returned products are sent via an insured and tracked delivery service.
  • MyApplianceSpares cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • All returns will incur a 30% restocking fee, unless the item(s) received is wrong, damaged, or defective.
  • Returned goods that have been fitted, used or with damaged packaging will not be eligible for a refund. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging in any way.
  • MyApplianceSpares cannot accept the return of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) if:

-          The Warranty sticker is damaged or has been removed.

-          There is evidence of the PCB having been fitted such as screw marks or the connectors marked in black.
